The change over from Ramada to Best Western is incomplete. Room was very good. Breakfast was good. Appearance of main desk and outside - poor. Poor first impression!

The hotel was clean, facilities were good, peaceful location close enough to Berkshires and Tanglewood. The most friendly efficient and professional staff I ever met. I didn't feel like leaving, so couldn't recommend more this venue...

Reasonable prices and all my needs were met during my stay. I had a great time here, especially because of the pleasant weather. the breakfast, with tasty bacon and hot dishes, was a real treat. the location was fantastic and cozy, perfect for attending festivals! 🌟

The suite was ok. It was clean, but not what I would expect for a suite!

Two rooms

Location very close to a commercial rail line and all Berkshire attractions. A nice size room, comfortable beds.

I had a cozy room with a super comfy bed, a nice chair, and a fireplace, enjoyed tasty breakfasts with different choices, including eggs, and the staff was friendly and hospitable!

Quiet, country location with a complimentary contenental bkfst.

I wish they had posted a note that the hotel is under renovations. On first entering the lobby we were a bit taken back. It looks very stark and lacking. We were, however, okay with our rooms when we realized they are slowy renovating the facitlity. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasantly helpful.

I liked the bed,it was comfortable with lots of pillows.I Also liked the television it was perfect size and having the refridgerator.I Found it to have everything I needed for comfort and the price I found reasonable.

I didn't like that some of the staff did not understand English!

Location was amenable to one work site.

Name was still ramada not best western. Under renovation, not told. Jacuzzi would have taken all day to fill, just a trickle of water. Had to abort. Tv remote did not work. A lot of lights did not seem to work. Breakfast coffee in dining area was "light brown" (not brewed correctly.

Close to Pittfield Quiet good value for money

The hotel was conveniently located near the Shaker village and the Norman Rockwell museum. The spacious rooms with separate sitting areas and jacuzzi rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-heated. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and informative. The breakfast offered a variety of options including eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, and sausage. There was also a hot breakfast served until 10:30AM, allowing guests to sleep in and still enjoy a meal.

The hotel had some noise issues with upstairs neighbors and could have improved on salting the sidewalks and driveway to prevent icy conditions.

Clean, comfortable room. Nice, friendly staff. Decent breakfast that even a gluten-free diet can find a few choices. Have been there a few times and have recommended to other parents of nearby boarding school. Also liked the large refrigerator to use for our own foods. And offering a shower cap! Great idea.

The willingness of the staff to answer questions or assist with various requests in a polite, respectful but always warm friendly manner. We would definitely stay here again!
